Kingdom Advisory is faith-centered advisory, coaching, and educational support offered to individuals, pastors, churches, ministries, faith-based nonprofits, and select small organizations. Engagements are shaped around ministry context — not corporate consulting models.
Who does Kingdom Advancement Strategists serve?

Individuals, pastors, churches, ministries, faith-based nonprofits, community leaders, educators, and select small businesses. We support engagements aligned with our values and capabilities.
Do you work with all denominations?

Yes. We serve churches and Christian leaders across denominations and traditions, including nondenominational, denominational, independent, and ecumenical settings.
Do you work with churches of every size?

Yes. We support small churches, mid-sized congregations, larger congregations, new church plants, and established churches.
Can Kimberly work one-on-one with a pastor?

Yes. Pastoral Strategy Sessions are one of our most-requested engagements.
Can you train an entire church leadership team?

Yes. Ministry-Team Workshops and Ministry Leadership Development experiences are designed for that.
Can Kimberly speak at a school, university, nonprofit, or professional event?

Yes, in most cases. Kimberly is available for keynotes, panels, guest lectures, and workshops. All requests are reviewed for fit, scheduling, and any potential conflicts of interest.
Does KAS provide corporate consulting?

No. Kingdom Advancement Strategists does not offer enterprise transformation, large-scale organizational change management, corporate strategy engagements, or comparable corporate consulting services.
Does KAS provide therapy or mental-health counseling?

No. Coaching, ministry consultation, spiritual encouragement, and educational resources are not therapy, medical, or mental-health treatment. We recommend qualified licensed professionals when clinical support is needed.
Can KAS help us understand responsible uses of AI in ministry?

Yes. Faith-Centered AI Education is one of our core offerings — practical, ethical, and grounded in ministry context.
Do you support virtual and in-person engagements?

Yes. We support virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats.
Are all inquiries automatically accepted?

No. Every request is reviewed for mission alignment, capacity, subject-matter fit, scheduling availability, and potential conflicts of interest.
Does Kimberly personally lead every engagement?

Kimberly is the founder and lead strategist. Depending on scope, engagements may also include trusted independent strategists, facilitators, or educators.
Are additional strategists employees or independent collaborators?

Additional professionals partner with KAS as independent contractors or project-based collaborators.
How does KAS avoid conflicts with Kimberly's full-time employment?

KAS work is performed outside her employment responsibilities. KAS does not solicit her employer's clients, does not use employer time, systems, or materials, and reviews every engagement for potential conflicts of interest. See our Transparency page for details.
