Kimberly J. Lewis, M.Div., is a faith-centered strategist, minister, speaker, author, educator, certified life coach, and the founder of Kingdom Advancement Strategists and God's Diamonds. Her work is grounded in a commitment to help people recognize what has been placed within them, clarify what they are called to build, and move from vision to meaningful action.

Through Kingdom Advancement Strategists, Kimberly provides Kingdom advisory services, individual strategy sessions, ministry-development support, leadership experiences, workshops, speaking, and educational programming for individuals, pastors, churches, ministries, faith-based nonprofits, schools, universities, community organizations, and select purpose-driven small businesses.

Kimberly earned her Master of Divinity from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University, where she received the Proctor Preaching and Leadership Award. Her ministry, leadership, and professional experience allows her to connect faith, strategy, purpose, learning, innovation, inclusion, belonging, and practical implementation in ways that are accessible to diverse audiences.

She is also the creator of several purpose-driven platforms and learning experiences, including Kingdom Sermon Architect, Understanding Neurodiversity, the AI Experience Framework, the Diamond Method, Diamond Legacy Press, and the Kingdom Gifts Assessment. Across these initiatives, Kimberly uses education, responsible technology, guided reflection, and faith-centered design to help individuals and communities grow in clarity, confidence, leadership, and purpose.

Kimberly's professional background includes extensive experience supporting leadership, organizational change, learning, employee experience, inclusion, and transformation within complex environments. That experience informs her facilitation and strategic perspective; however, Kingdom Advancement Strategists is intentionally focused on Kingdom advisory services, ministry, speaking, education, individual development, faith-based initiatives, and select small-organization services rather than enterprise consulting engagements.

Her life and work reflect the message that pressure does not have to destroy purpose. It can reveal, refine, and prepare what God has placed within a person to serve others and leave a lasting legacy.
